Especially suitable for third-trimester mamas -- either pregnant for the first time or with a previous medicalized experience -- and their husbands or partners.
Next course: Saturdays March 16 & 23 and April 6 & 13 (Easter break on March 30)
9:30 am -1:30 pm with a shared lunch
