Mom of two and ecommerce site owner makes her way to LA for an elite event Golden Globes weekend. Kelley Legler, Milwaukee mom, was invited by celebrity baby stylist Jayneoni Moore to attend the annual Boom Boom Room Pre-Golden Globes Celebrity Gifting Event in Hollywood in January 2013 to showcase her line of baby blankets from www.babyjackblankets.com.
This event is the talk of Tinseltown where celeb moms-to-be and veteran moms tote their tots to this event to preview all the new innovative baby products. This year's theme is all about modern, playful products where celebrities, media representatives and merchant buyers will be invited to see items on display.
Kelley Legler is mom of Jack and Bailey. As the owner of babyJackblankets.com, an ecommerce website selling handmade ribbon tab blankets for babies, she is preparing for a pinacle point in her small business career. Baby Jack Blankets began in 2009 after Legler was let go from her marketing position upon her maternity leave. In order to keep busy at home with a new baby, Legler's mom taught her how to sew. She began creating baby blankets with ribbons along the edges and eventually started a business. After a few years of craft fairs and social media marketing, Kelley is selling via her website right out of her home. Her mother-in-law Nancy Legler (Sun Prairie, WI) is her business partner and sews shut all the ribbons into TABS.
