Be a Super Reader this summer at your Milwaukee Public Library

Children age 12 and younger – stop in at any Milwaukee Public Library to sign up for the Super Readers summer reading program.

Weekly summer reading programs begin June 16 and run through July 26 for children 6-12 years of age. Your neighborhood library offers fun programs from magic to Tae Kwon Do, many with live animals, and lots of audience participation. All programs are FREE!

Story times and other programs for pre-schoolers are under way at all Milwaukee Public Libraries too. The library also has many programs the whole family can attend. See our calendar for a complete schedule of events.

When you reach Level 3 of the Super Reader program, they receive a Super Reader yard sign. Display it proudly in your front yard or window, take a picture and submit it via e-mail to be included in the Super Reader Photo Gallery.
