Published 12 times each year, Metroparent Magazine is distributed to and available free at more than 750 locations in southeastern Wisconsin, including hospitals, schools and day care centers, grocery stores, libraries, retailers, medical offices and recreation locations.

Every month, Metroparent's pages are filled with useful articles on topics of interest to parents, from having a baby to choosing a summer camp to getting ready for college.

In addition to the monthly magazine, Metroparent also publishes several other ancillary publications, including the bi-annual New Baby, for new parents and soon-to-be new parents. Annual publications include the Education & Childcare Guide, the Birthday Party Guide, the Family Resource Guide, and Home, a home improvement guide.

Metroparent recently won five awards from the Parenting Publications of America. Check out the winners here.

Metroparent’s beloved column, Tales from the Crib, has won the Parenting Publications of America (PPA) Gold Award for Personal Essay, written by editor, Rebecca Christman.
