If you missed the Car Seat Safety Zone at KIDSfest 2012, you can still obtain this free service!
The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department performs free Car Seat Checks. Contact Captain Leslie Wachowiak to schedule an appointment, at 414-226-7058 or leslie.wachowiak@milwcnty.com. Checks take approximately ½ hour per seat and are conducted indoors at the County Fleet Maintenance building, 10320 W. Watertown Plank Rd. (west of the Patrol substation).
