Study sets $117,000 salary for stay-at-home moms

According to a new study by Salary.com, if a stay-at-home mom could be compensated in dollars, she'd take in about $117,000 per year. The biggest driver of a mom's theoretical salary is the amount of overtime pay she'd receive for working more than 40 hours per week.
