Pucker Up Buttercup!
Out of all the winners we've picked over the years, 13-month Cole here was hands down our easiest choice. Why? Because he gave us a huge, 17" full-screen, lipsmackin' smooch! Of course, his Mom Tammy was the true recipient of the kiss, but that's just a minor detail, right? :)
