I went to one at Champs near Southridge once. They had a brunch buffet in a sunny room. It was nice.

I to went to one at Champps at Southridge and it was nice. I also had DH'S birthday party there and it was nice. They were very helpful and price wasnt to bad! -
Johnny V's in West Allis has a back room you can use. The hall is free if you order off their menu.

Olive Garden in Brookfield. They have a party menu & a private room.

Water Street Brewery in Delafield (porch room)
Spring House Tea Room in Waukesha. -

I had a baby shower for my BFF at the Muellner Building in Hart Park in Tosa ([url]http://www.wauwatosa.net/display/router.asp?docid=3320[/url])
I was so pleased with it! We had a nice room, we opted for the Firefly room and got the kitchen with it. They do cap it at I believe 48 people and we had close to that so it was a little tight.
We had a buffet and it worked out perfectly.
I see the prices are going up; I'm not sure of your budget.
