There is plenty of parking all around the Arena and the Bradley Center. I think it just depends on how much you are willing to pay to park. If you want something right on 4th street, you are looking at $15? Maybe 20?
Parking at the Hyatt might not be too bad. If you don't mind a little walk, there's a lot on the corner or Juneau & Water that's reasonably priced.

MacArthur Square parking is about 2 blocks away. I wouldn't go with the parking structure kiddy corner from the arena, super expensive and hard to get out of after events.
