Do you reheat in the oven or microwave? How long for whichever method you use? I have heard it is a good idea to let it sit at room temp for 45 minutes or so first.
I ask because I have heard things get dry if you reheat them in the oven. One article I read said do it for 10 -15 minutes in a very hot oven (425 or 450) rather than 20-30 in a cooler oven (350).
If I use the microwave and it takes like, say, 15 minutes for the whole dish, then the first one would be cold by the time the third one is done.
I'm cooking 4 or 5 sides, and I only want to worry about the turkey, gravy and stuffing tomorrow.
