Homemade Baked Mac N Cheese

Ingredients:

1 pkg penne
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 can evap milk
1 14-16oz pkg Wisconsin shredded chedder cheese
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Heat oven to 400F

Boil pasta as directed on pkg

Pour the finished pasta while hot (drained of course!) into 9x12 baking dish. Cut the butter into smaller pieces and stir it in with the pasta to melt the butter. Pour the eggs (scrambled but raw) into the dish. Add the evaporated milk and half the pkg of cheese and stir well into mixture.

Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove dish and foil and add the rest of the cheese to the top of the dish. Place back in the oven, uncovered, and bake another 10-15 min or until cheese on top is melted, pasta is golden brown around the edges.

Serves: 8-10
