Ingredients:
1/2 c. Butter Preparation:
Melt butter. Whip eggs with wisk until fluffy and add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, melted butter, undrained chilies and half of each cheese. Pour into a GREASED 9 x 13 dish and top with remaining cheeses. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350. Bake 35-40 minutes more or until lightly browned. Variations: Add any ingredients you like. You can also put in 2 pans and freeze one. To reheat thawed quiche, warm in 250 degree over for 30 minutes. This also can be made the night before. Serves: 8
