Shredded Beef in Crock Pot

Ingredients:

3-4 pounds of beef stew meat

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 package of dry onion soup mix

Splash of sherry (optional)

Preparation:

Mix ingredients together in crock pot. Cook on low for 24 hours.

Shred with a fork. Tastes great alone, or as sandwich. Buns are best. Add barbecue sauce for a different taste. Set some aside and use for beef stroganoff. Reheats in microwave nicely.
