Place chicken breasts, carrots, celery and onion in a stock pot. Pour chicken broth in pot. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Turn off heat. Using tongs, Take out chicken and allow to cool.
In the meantime, combine bisquick with milk, parsley, salt & pepper.
Drop dough mixture a large spoonful at a time (i used a "heaping" tablespoon) into soup. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
