The Milwaukee County Parks system stocks park lagoons and also offers seasonal clinics for kids. Ice fishing is available in winter, too! Check the Web site for locations and details. From the Web site: "All anglers will need a fishing license and inland trout stamp – except persons under 16 and Wisconsin residents born before Jan. 1, 1927."
