Healthy Choices w/ Dr. Cleo the Cat Kids Club - Session 1

For children 4 - 7 yrs old. This program is provided by Molina Healthcare. Join Dr. Cleo (Molina Healthcare’s Cat Mascot) to learn fun ways to stay healthy. In Week 1 we’ll learn about how to make healthy snacks that taste good, are easy to make and are good for us. Week 2 Let’s get exercising. We’ll pull out the jump ropes, hula hoops and have other exercise stations to get your blood pumpin’! Week 3 is Germ Busters week. Today’s class takes a scientific turn as we explore the world of germs and use a special powder to determine how well we get rid of our daily exposure to germs. Week 4 our exercise station is back again. Don’t miss out on this fun class that helps you develop healthy habits for now and beyond. Occurs monthly: on every second Saturday of the month [starting Sep 8, 2012 ending Dec 8, 2012]
