Description:
This six week series is held in the evening and covers childbirth preparation, expectations of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, pain relief and the labor support role, along with a tour of the Birthing Center. Additionally, physical and emotional postpartum recovery, care of the newborn, and parenting will be discussed. Occurs weekly: Thursday (6:30 PM to 8:30 PM) [starting Nov 13, 2012 ending Dec 13, 2012]
