Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church is hosting its first annual Taste of Greece event at the James W. Pihos Cultural Center, located next to the church. Attendees will have the chance to sample the best Greek cuisine Milwaukee has to offer while enjoying Greek music and Greek dance performances. Savor traditional Greek dishes from saganaki (flaming cheese) and Greek chicken to gyros and pastichio. Or nibble on a number of delicious Greek pastries! Tours of the historic Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church will also be available, giving visitors a rare look into the famous church designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
