Preparing for Labor and Birth

Description:
Learn what to expect during the labor/birth process, our options and choices, support person's role, working through labor, comfort measures (focused breathing, positioning, massage, relaxation and aromatherapy), and unexpected situations. A tour of the Birthing Center is included. This class is offered as an one-day express class or a two-day series on a Friday and Saturday. Multiple dates to choose from. Registration is required. Occurs weekly: Sunday, Friday, Saturday (9:00 AM to 3:30 PM) [starting Dec 16, 2011 ending Dec 30, 2012]
