"Lotza Fun Room" provides rental of a large play area from Fun Things Toy Service Inc., a company that has been responsible for toy cleaning and maintenance of medical facilities, restaurant playlands, and business play areas since 1990. Fun Things Toy Service, Inc. is a family business that grew from the owners’ frustration of bringing their children to dirty public play areas and medical facilities. They have grown to include sales of commercial play equipment to both medical facilities and playlands, and provide service to customers in five states. The "Lotza Fun Room" now offers the opportunity to service the general public.

Fun Things Toy Service, Inc, establishes cleanliness as the first step in children’s fun by opening the “Lotza Fun Room”. Using established disinfection systems, play equipment is continually monitored for cleanliness and cleaned regularly.

The "Lotza Fun Room" is specifically designed for children under eight years of age. The “Lotza Fun Room” consists of a playland with a climbing wall, a theatrical stage, a ball crawl, a circus canopy, a playhouse, and much more. Since rental includes entire play area, with an adjoining conference room and a small tikes eating room, it is a private party accommodation where children cannot be lost. As an added bonus the special party person receives a free "Lotza Fun" t-shirt to remember their party by.
